Description
We are currently seeking a part-time Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA). This position is embedded within a fast paced, high-functioning multi-disciplinary team.  The CRMA will work as a member of the care team to provide clinical and administrative support to providers and other health professionals to ensure the seamless flow of patient care. The CRMA will assist with the administration of medications as prescribed to patients by their provider(s). * Part - time available shifts on Wednesday and Thursday 7-330pm * This position is an on-site role and is not available for a hybrid remote work schedule Employment Requirements * High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required for all positions * Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience in a medical setting and with electronic medical records, Microsoft Word and Excel is required * BLS is required or within 6 months of hire is required * Fitness for Duty – Self Reporting Statement is required * Current Certificate in Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) is required * Medication Assisted Treatment experience strongly preferred Generous Benefits Package: * Organization-wide incentive bonus of up to 5% of annual base salary (pro-rated) * Competitive compensation with shift differentials for some positions * Flexible Spending Accounts * 403(b) employer match up to 3% * Paid Time Off * Bereavement and Military Leave
