Responsibilities The Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) will be responsible for performing all Respiratory Care procedures in the general and/or critical care settings. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School (or GED equivalent) diploma. Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care. Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP). BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Current ACLS certification. (CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist verified through NBRC. Assignment to the ER or Pedi must have current PALS. Assignment to the NICU must have a current NRP.
Responsibilities
The Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) will perform all Respiratory Care procedures in general and/or critical care settings. This role is essential for providing quality healthcare to patients.
