Remote: Will be required from time to time to work onsite
This person is well versed in Scrum and Project Management best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps for user story management & reporting is highly preferred. Candidates should have experience coaching new development teams and product owners to use scrum best practices. Experience using SAFe is highly desirable.
Must be comfortable managing IT projects using waterfall or hybrid approach. A background in managing vendor lead projects is required. A strong understanding of program management concepts is preferred, and great communication skills are paramount.
Good understanding of technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft, RPA or Snowflake are a bonus. Candidates are empowered to make a difference in the lives of individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Ohio.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance
4+ years as a Scrum Master on a product team, and using Scrum Framework
4+ years of experience using Team Foundations Server or Azure DevOps
Experience using SAFe is highly desirable
Understanding of technologies like Salesforce, Mulesoft, RPA or Snowflake are a bonu
