Create and maintain Jira dashboards, Agile metrics, and executive reports. Track sprint velocity, burndown, team capacity, risks, and dependencies. Remove blockers and drive continuous Agile improvements. Manage multiple cross-functional Scrum teams and stakeholders. Mentor teams and ensure successful Agile delivery across projects.
