WE OFFER: * Wonderful Culture * Competitive, aggressive flat rate pay based on experience and productivity. * Medical & Dental Insurance. * Paid Holidays and Vacation. * Uniforms and gloves provided. * Closed Sundays. * Great Work Environment. * Clean, temperature-controlled shop. * Large parts inventory. * Plenty of business for technician year round * Professional Service Advisors and dedicated Parts Counter Personnel * Sizable Fleet Business, serving many Companies Statewide * 5-day work week, work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies. * Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles to verify concerns and ensure proper repairs. * Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. * Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. * Perform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of CDJR products as well as other Makes and Models. * Communicate directly with the Service Advisors and/or management so that customers are informed of any repairs or service that is needed. * Provide an estimate of time needed for initial and additional repairs. * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturer. REQUIREMENTS: * Stellantis certified & experienced * Are a fast learner * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Have excellent customer service skills * Are a team player * Are computer literate * Have a valid driver’s license QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous repair experience at a Stellantis CDJR dealership. * Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination * Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies * Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve * Enjoy working in a dynamic environment * Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications * Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer.
