Job Description Compass Government Solutions seeks an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide services to The Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program at the Altus AFB in Oklahoma. Incumbents are encouraged to apply. Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury. Duties and Responsibilities: • Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts. • Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation. • Maintain data integrity and contribute to research. • Other related duties as assigned. *This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required by this position. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related. • 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments. • NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification • Current CPR and AED certification. • Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
