Hours: Our OR team enjoys a quality work-life balance schedule with minimal to no weekend and holiday call. The pay range for this position is $25.83/hour - $38.75/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity. Responsibilities The surgical technologist is an integral part of the surgical health care team and functions in the role of scrub person. The ST works under the supervision of the registered nurse and surgeon to facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma / GED Certified Surgical Technologist Minimum 1 year experience with scrub skills Prior experience with sterile technique, infection control, sterilization and disinfection procedures
