THE EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCES YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Successful Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program upon hire
One of the following:
o Minimum 5 years of CST experience in multi-specialty setting OR
o Skilled experience in at least 2 major surgical specialties (for example: Orthopedics, Robotics, Neurosurgery or Spine)
Current Operating Room Surgical Technologist certification (CST) upon hire
Current American Heart Association BLS or RQI required upon hire, then renewed quarterly following RQI protocols
Eight hours of Hip and Knee Replacement/Spine education within 6 months of hire, then annually
