Description
Manage multiple operational scopes efficiently to maintain high-quality service standards. Take ownership of complex and long-running issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues promptly, fostering effective communication and teamwork. Minimum 4 years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support for complex solutions. Advanced knowledge of fixed and TV products, including routing, switching, and IP services. Fluent in German (written and spoken) at C1 level and proficient in English. Strong analytical skills and excellent customer orientation. Ability to act as internal L2 support for team members in complex scenarios. CCNA certification is preferred.
