The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key member of a collaborative team focused on aligning technology solutions with business strategies, primarily supporting the Commerce Financial Advisors (CFA) program. This role ensures that a suite of products meets the functional needs of Financial Advisors, Sales Managers, and Sales Support Staff. Acting with the Product Manager as a liaison between business stakeholders, the Senior Business Analyst will gather, analyze, design, and document business requirements for projects of moderate to high complexity. Responsible for delivering comprehensive documentation and ensuring the completion of requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and training to achieve successful project outcomes.
