Key Responsibilities
Prepare CFD Modeling: Create high-quality models for simulation, ensuring alignment with system requirements.
CFD Method Development: Design and implement advanced CFD methods for systems such as motors, power units, transmissions, and axles.
Interpret system team needs into actionable CFD development plans.
Advanced CFD Simulations: Conduct two-phase flow, turbulence modeling, and conjugate heat transfer (CHT) simulations.
Test Planning & Correlation
Develop automation scripts in Java and Python to streamline CFD workflows.
Collaboration & Communication: Deliver results through reports, presentations, and close engagement with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in CFD, turbulence modeling, two-phase flow modeling, SPH, STAR-CCM+
Proficiency with CAD/Meshing tools, CAE, scripting (Java/Python), and Teamcenter
1–5 years of automotive or related industry experience
5 years hands-on CFD modeling and method development
Experience with CFD correlation and 1D modeling (preferred)
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Automotive Engineering or related field
Preferred: Master’s Degree

Pay: $80,678.65 - $97,161.38 per year
