Job Purpose: As the CFO, you will lead and manage the companys entire financial function, ensuring sound financial planning, capital management, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing long-term financial strategies that support the companys growth, IPO readiness, and sustainable development. The role requires overseeing cash flow, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to maintain financial health and drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Finance & Accounting Department and oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Develop and implement long-term financial models, budgets, forecasts, and capital strategies aligned with corporate growth and IPO objectives. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and investment requirements Ensure compliance with accounting standards (VAS, IFRS), tax laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Identify and manage financial, legal, and operational risks; implement robust internal controls to prevent fraud and asset misuse. Drive cost control initiatives, financial performance analysis, and provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive team. Lead fundraising activities, including equity and debt financing, and maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Build and develop a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Board of Directors, Executive Board, department heads) and external partners (investors, auditors, tax authorities). Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Banking; MBA or international certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) strongly preferred. 10-15 years of senior financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as CFO or equivalent in companies with revenue > VND 1,000 billion, preferably in logistics, transportation, or listed/IPO-bound enterprises. Extensive knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), corporate, securities, investment, and tax legislation. Proven track record in IPO preparation, capital restructuring, and international capital raising. Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, risk management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with executives, board members, investors, and regulators. Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data to optimize capital utilization and business performance. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
