The CFO Change & Transformation Manager acts as the central orchestrator of the CFO transformation and change roadmap, coordinating and aligning all CFO units around a clear and prioritised portfolio of strategic initiatives. The position provides the CFO and Management Team with transparency on Change‑the‑Bank (CtB) activities, resource allocation, and external workforce usage, and serves as the primary point of contact for all CFO‑related change initiatives, also towards DBT Transformation Office in CFO. In addition, the role acts as Secretary to the CFO Change Alignment Board, ensuring governance discipline, decision readiness, and the preparation of management. YOUR CHALLENGE Key Responsibilities: Coordinating the definition and delivery of the CFO Change & Transformation roadmap in line with Group and Business Unit priorities Managing an integrated portfolio view, including status, risks, issues, and benefits Consolidating and challenging the priority of CtB and selected business initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and interdependencies Maintaining benefits and impact measurement frameworks and produce regular reporting for CFO, CFO MT and other relevant government bodies Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within CFO and across units, in particular with the Transformation Office (COO – DBT) and IT Collaborating with the Finance HoBT to ensure smooth CtB budgeting process, monitoring spend and escalate deviations Centrally managing of external staff supporting CFO change initiatives. Serve as central point of contact for all CFO units regarding change initiatives and external hiring in close collaboration with business and Procurement Performance Objectives: Establish and run a transparent, prioritized CFO Change & Transformation portfolio: Ensure end‑to‑end coordination of the CFO Change & Transformation roadmap aligned with Group and Business Unit priorities, providing a consolidated portfolio view with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and benefits Strengthen governance, financial discipline, and impact tracking of change initiatives: Maintain robust benefits and impact measurement frameworks, deliver regular high‑quality reporting to the CFO, CFO Management Team, and relevant authorities, and ensure effective CtB budgeting, spend monitoring, and escalation of deviations Act as the central coordination and stakeholder interface for CFO change initiatives: Serve as the single point of contact across CFO units, Transformation Office, IT, and external partners, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, disciplined governance, and efficient management of external resources supporting CFO change initiatives YOUR PROFILE Competencies: Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (further education - e.g. MBA, CFA, PMP - is an asset). At least 5+ years’ experience in roles such as CFO/Finance in banking, management consulting, transformation offices, or business management within financial institutions Strong analytical and conceptual skills; able to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner, creating compelling narratives and presentations that influence senior stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management with confidence engaging senior leaders High ownership mindset; proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently Strong organisational and governance skills; reliable follow-up Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is an advantage Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to visualize data and craft clear narratives We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
