The task:

• Shaping the company's further growth path and business partnering with the managing director colleagues and department heads.
• Responsibility for accounting, controlling and HR, including the further development of employees, structures and processes. 
• Creating transparency about locations and projects through a KPI-based control cockpit for further increasing the value of the corporate group
• Support for the further internationalization strategy and structuring and coordination of sales activities 
• Initiating and supporting growth initiatives and M&A projects, including the integration of new units into the group.
• Professionalization of closing processes, governance, compliance and cooperation with external auditors
• Technical leadership role in the upcoming ERP transformation and reporting to the advisory board

The profile:

• An entrepreneurial, strong leader who is also team-oriented and possesses change management skills.
• Successfully completed commercial studies
• Several years of successful leadership experience in a CFO role for a business unit, region or entire company
• Industry background in medium-sized, industrial or related service companies with project-based business.
• Extensive expertise in controlling, accounting, financial statements (German Commercial Code), treasury, etc., as well as growth through M&A and PMI.
• Experience in change management, organizational development, and the support and management of results-oriented growth.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel
