Title: Chief Financial Officer

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA required
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within the real estate industry
• Exceptional executive presence with strong communication and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and implement strategies for capital raising and investor relations
• Evaluate and support potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and other growth initiatives
• Represent the company externally to financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations to the CEO and board
• Oversee accounting, finance, and compliance functions to ensure operational excellence
• Optimize financial systems, controls, and reporting structures to support scalable growth
