Description Position Summary: Starkweather is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team during an exciting phase of growth. This role will help shape the financial future of a $100M+ insurance agency, playing a critical part in driving strategy, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and partnering closely with our CEO, President and collaborate with our internal board. To ensure a smooth and successful transition, our current CFO will remain actively involved, working closely with the incoming CFO to provide continuity, knowledge transfer, and hands-on support throughout the onboarding and transition period. This is a unique opportunity to step into the role with guidance, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the organization from day one.
