Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key strategic partner to the President and executive team, responsible for steering the company’s financial direction and ensuring its long-term financial health. This role combines high-level financial oversight with hands-on operational leadership, covering financial planning, risk management, reporting, and capital strategy. The CFO will drive value creation through data-driven insights, efficient financial processes, and alignment of financial goals with the company’s broader vision. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a pragmatic operator with a deep understanding of finance, compliance, and business growth dynamics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
