Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for a CFSS Support Worker to join our Montevideo team. This position is located in Benson, MN. Position Duties Include: * Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan. * Provide assistance including, but not limited to, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other health related tasks. * Ensure a safe, clean, healthy home environment. * Document cares provided to client as instructed. * Assist with routine household chores of light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arraignments. * Recognize safety hazards in client's home environment or habits of daily living. * Report all safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. * Provide clients with social and emotional support. * Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect. * Maintain training and educational requirements. Qualifications CFSS Support Worker Certification, High School Diploma or GED, and industry knowledge strongly preferred. Responsibilities
