Description
Key Responsibilities: • Applying postproduction on renders to enhance the final result and meet client expectations. • Integrate rendered images into photographic backplates • Generate visual effects to communicate technology within the products • Work closely with relevant artists in relation to compositing. • Optimize and troubleshoot lighting and rendering issues. • Exhibit artistic and technical skills to work on many aspects of CG. • Responsibility for ensuring line manager is kept informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on, and any impact there is to the production plan. • To understand the importance of using systems and to record progress on jobs. • To ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to. • To support pre-production and visualization where required Skills and Abilities: • A sound working knowledge Nuke • Node based compositing experience • Knowledge of Maya and V-Ray (or similar) • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting • Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others • Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised • Ability to understand and execute instructions • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high quality images to tight deadlines • A keen eye for lighting • To adhere to all internal processes in place for digital workflows • To adhere to all reporting processes set up within the department • Effective problem-solving • Ability to manage own workload and meet customer deliveries
