AI Image Production Coordinator   Role Overview   The AI Image Production Coordinator will support the development and execution of CGI & AI-assisted image creation for Pottery Barn. This role will help manage the day-to-day workflow, file organization, asset tracking, image handoffs, and production coordination needed to support a growing AI image process.  This is a highly organized, detail-driven role that sits at the intersection of creative production, digital asset management, AI-assisted image creation, Photoshop workflow, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, visually aware, comfortable working with image files and product information, and able to keep multiple moving pieces organized across teams. This person will work closely with the AI creative lead, Production Team, Digital Studio/Post Production Team, and technical partners to help move images through the process efficiently while maintaining strong image quality and brand consistency.   Job Focus   This role is intended to provide coordination, workflow, and production support for AI-assisted image creation. The goal is to help the team stay organized, improve communication, increase output, and maintain image quality as the AI process continues to scale.   Key Responsibilities   Support the AI-assisted image production workflow from intake through handoff: * Receive and track image requests from start from start to finish through Airtable and internal DAM systems. * Download, organize, and prepare image files for AI-assisted product swaps. * Help source and organize appropriate base images for AI swaps when needed. * Support the AI image creation process by preparing files, organizing references, and managing output versions. * Assist with basic Photoshop production steps, including reviewing masks/layers, checking scale, resizing files, and preparing files for handoff. * Maintain proper file naming, folder organization, version control, and delivery standards. * Upload completed or in-progress files back into Airtable and other internal systems as needed. * Support handoff to internal DAM systems, Digital Studio/Post Production, Production Team, and other cross-functional partners. * Track due dates, approvals, feedback, revisions, and final delivery status. * Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, contact sheets, and review documents. * Attend workflow, production, and status meetings to capture next steps and keep projects moving. * Help identify process gaps and support improvements as the AI image production workflow continues to evolve. * Partner with internal technical teams as needed to provide feedback on proprietary AI tools and help improve usability for creative production.   Required Experience & Skills * Strong organizational and project coordination skills. * Experience supporting creative production, photo production, e-commerce imagery, digital assets, retouching, CGI, or similar workflows. * Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple files, SKUs, due dates, and deliverables at once. * Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. * Familiarity with Airtable or similar production software, Adobe Bridge, DAM systems, Microsoft Windows, spreadsheets, and similar tools. * Comfort working with image files, layered files, masks, naming conventions, and version control. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across creative, production, technical, and retouching teams. * Strong visual awareness and ability to recognize when an image needs additional review. * Experience in AI assisted creative production  and emerging image-making workflows. * Ability to work with a team, stay organized, and help bring structure to a new and evolving process.   Nice to Have   * Experience with home brands, interior design, lifestyle photography or product photography. * Experience with Photoshop masking, image scaling, basic retouching cleanup, or layered file review. * Experience building contact sheets. * Familiarity with AI image tools for image editing or experience with CGI.   Our Culture & Values  We believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success, and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
