CASED HOLE FIELD ENGINEER (ENGINEER–SENIOR) * Schedule: Full-time | On-call rotation; field dispatch as needed * Travel: Frequent to well sites; varied conditions * Reports to: Operations Management * Titles candidates search for: Cased Hole Engineer, Wireline Field Engineer   Lead safe, high‑quality cased‑hole wireline services from pre‑job planning through execution. Manage crews, ensure compliance (DOT, HSE, explosives), and deliver reliable perforating and logging services for client well sites. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Plan jobs and oversee pre‑job load‑outs, checks, and equipment readiness. * Run services (as trained): Cement Bond Log (CBL), Gamma Ray, Noise/Temp logs; lead perforation and plug‑setting operations. * Enforce safety, regulatory, and client policies; coach crews on best practices. * Maintain equipment/facilities to standard; complete accurate field reports and data promptly. * Lead training and development of field staff; provide performance feedback. * Stay current on company/third‑party certifications and procedures. * Work on‑call; identify and escalate issues; drive continuous improvement. WHAT YOU BRING * High school diploma/GED required; BS in Geology or Engineering preferred. * CDL (Class C) with HazMat; able to obtain BATFE Employee Possessor clearance. * Strong knowledge of cased‑hole tools, pressure control, grease injection, and rig‑up/rig‑down. * Quality control mindset for perforating, logging, and wireline operations. * Troubleshooting skillset for tools/equipment; hazard identification and mitigation. * Proficient with DOT and explosives safety regulations. * Clear written/verbal communication; able to lead crews and meet schedules consistently. * Advanced math applied to practical field situations; data interpretation (written/diagram/schedule). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Extended sitting/active listening; short walks over uneven terrain. * Perform manual work with periods of physical exertion; exposure to weather.
