POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager or Assistant Manager with strong experience in chain restaurant / coffee store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. This role is a great fit for a young or middle-level professional with a background in store operations and/or a large corporate environment for a broader career prospect.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Chain fast food restaurants or franchise coffee store operation management experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple units or a large corporate operations background.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including restaurant performance, staff management, and inventory control.
• Performance Management: Implement procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Financial Accountability: Develop and manage store budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Sales & Growth: Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
