As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred; familiarity with orthodontics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software for dental procedures is an advantage.
  • Experience as a dental receptionist or in pediatrics can enhance your application.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and inventory management.
  • Support pediatric patients with a friendly demeanor to create a comfortable environment.
