SHOES INDUSTRIALISATION AND TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST – CONTRATTO A TEMPO DETERMINATO Chanel ricerca una risorsa con il ruolo di Shoes Industrialisation and Transformation Specialist, con l’obiettivo di contribuire alla corretta messa a punto dei vari componenti e articoli finiti nei tempi stabiliti, nonché del puntuale rispetto della visione creativa e degli standard della Maison in termini di funzionalità, qualità, durabilità e sostenibilità. La persona selezionata sarà inserita con uno contratto a tempo determinato. Missioni e attività: Coordinare i differenti sblocchi della messa a punto del prodotto calzatura Creare e diffondere KPI di avanzamento industrializzazione dei modelli Seguire progetti speciali legati al miglioramento del prodotto Gestire i differenti progetti legati alla Circolarità e alla Tracciabilità dei componenti del prodotto finito Accompagnare fabbricanti e fornitori alla riduzione degli impatti ambientali derivanti dalla propria manifattura; Riportare al team Sviluppo Sostenibile di Parigi gli avanzamenti dei progetti in corso; Redazione di manuali e procedure integranti gli standard trasformazione desiderati dalla Maison. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi nel settore moda e lusso. Attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
