QUALITY SHOES INTERN Chanel ricerca una risorsa con il ruolo di Quality Shoes Intern da integrare nel Team Qualità, con l’obiettivo di contribuire a garantire il raggiungimento di obiettivi fondamentali per la Maison come la qualità tecnica, la qualità estetica e la sicurezza del prodotto. La persona selezionata sarà inserita con uno stage formativo di 6 mesi. Mansioni - Supporto nella preparazione di KPI per monitorare i livelli di qualità registrati nel centro di spedizione e quelli dei mercati (after-sales); - Partecipazione alle call con i vari paesi di importazione della merce per raccogliere i feedback delle boutique per i resi cliente; - Supporto nella gestione di allerte e problemi qualità in produzione; - Redazione di documenti di tolleranza qualità con la squadra; - Ricerca dei modelli storici per aiuto nell’autentificazione dubbia di calzature nei mercati; - Supporto nell'aggiornamento ad ogni collezione delle tabelle di controllo qualità degli ispettori; - Archivio paia difettose in ritorno dai mercati; - Invio, recezione e gestione del flusso spedizioni da e verso Italia ed estero. Responsibilities
The intern will support the preparation of KPIs to monitor quality levels and participate in calls with various countries to gather feedback on customer returns. Additional responsibilities include managing quality alerts, drafting quality tolerance documents, and assisting in the authentication of footwear models.
