Join a transformative, high-impact program that is driving improvements in healthcare data quality across NSW. The project involves developing 17 prioritized costing activity data extractions and integrations with various service data sources across NSW Health. This phase aims to deliver standardized data extracts, formatted for seamless integration with the State-wide costing platform PPM3 and the overall costing process. Key activities include negotiating statewide data extraction with data custodians, rolling out a data quality improvement strategy, and securing buy-in from those custodians. The integration automation will be deployed to Local Health Districts (LHDs), Specialty Health Networks (SHNs), and Agencies, accompanied by changes to existing workflows. To support this transition, tailored change strategies will be implemented to minimize resistance and promote successful adoption.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Change Adoption Lead is responsible for designing and implementing the change strategy to support the Costing Transformation Program. This role leads key stakeholder discussions and provides effective communication, both through documentation and verbal engagement. The Change Adoption Lead ensures that the changes, their impacts, and the long-term benefits are clearly understood by stakeholders. A critical focus is to secure full endorsement and engagement from data custodians and the NSW costing community to ensure the successful implementation of program objectives.
