Our Business Transformation department are seeking a Change & Adoption Lead to join the team in either the Birmingham or Manchester office. Responsibilities

The Change & Adoption Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business change framework for both strategic and departmental initiatives.
  • Ensure projects align with the agreed framework and drive the development of a change-ready culture.
  • Design and deliver training and engagement strategies to build change capability.
  • Plan and deliver change workstreams using structured methodologies.
  • Translate technical requirements into accessible language for wider engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transition to business-as-usual.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
