Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE, AND WHY NOW?

This is a pivotal time for Prosci ANZ. We’re scaling our advisory model, deepening client partnerships, and evolving how change capability is embedded within some of the region’s most complex organisations.
This role sits at the centre of that growth blending delivery excellence with capability-building and thought leadership. You’ll help shape how our solutions land, influence how clients experience Prosci, and play a visible role in strengthening our team and regional footprint.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll work directly with clients to help them build internal change capability using Prosci’s world-class methodology. Some days you’ll be guiding stakeholder groups through change strategy, other days you’ll be co-delivering training, and sometimes you’ll be jumping into internal projects or mentoring new team members.

THIS ROLE FLEXES ACROSS:

  • Client-facing advisory: Coaching, facilitation, and capability-building engagements
  • Training & enablement: Supporting (and sometimes co-delivering) change management training
  • Internal project work: Leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives and practice development
  • Client lifecycle touchpoints: Helping ensure continuity and quality across engagements
    You’ll also support the rollout of global updates, help shape new offerings, and feed insights from the field back into the business. On occasion, you may also support our training programs in a Training Success Specialist (TSS) capacity, a hands-on way to ensure our participants have exceptional learning experiences.
