Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • We are seeking a Change Analyst to provide change management support for a number of our clients and ensuring that project and delivery teams understand the change management approach, and the benefits it delivers for their people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 3+ years as a Change Analyst in the Financial Services Industry
  • Experience in implementing and delivering change end to end by informing, engaging and motivating the business and its people to embrace change.
  • Experience supporting the introduction of change, including particularly complex change initiatives.
  • Demonstrable hands-on approach when executing change strategies and deliverables.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change using collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills whilst engaging professionally across all levels of audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a Change Analyst, assessing business impacts and training needs
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, adaptable to different audiences
