We need an agile and responsive Change Analyst to support the successful adoption of our new ERP platform. Reporting to one of our Senior Change Managers, you’ll be an essential part of our central Change Team, driving organisation-wide change and ensuring a positive, employee-centric experience. This is a fixed term role until March 2027. In addition to the above you will: Contribute to business impact analyses, create and standardise change collateral, and support processes to measure change effectiveness and readiness for ERP rollout. Collaborate with Change Managers, leaders, and delivery teams to implement change delivery, engage stakeholders, and quickly resolve challenges. Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, rollout activities, and escalate issues where needed. Prioritise safety, quality, and continuous improvement, follow company policies, and actively suggest better and safer ways of working. We’re looking for someone with: Relevant qualifications in change management or related field, with 2+ years’ experience as a Change Analyst in complex organisations. Understanding and application of change management principles, techniques, and tools. Strong skills in communication, analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement. Your strong communication, analytical and planning skills, combined with stakeholder engagement expertise, agility, integrity, and a commitment to teamwork mean you’ll thrive in dynamic environments where safety, problem-solving, attention to detail, and high-quality outcomes are valued.
