What You'll Be Doing The Implementation Change and Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of AI capabilities across Datacom by putting people at the centre of transformation. This role develops and implements change management strategies that address the human aspects of AI adoption, helping individuals and teams navigate the transition to new ways of working. This internally facing role sits within the Transformation and Engagement function with a dotted line to the Head of AI Centre of Enablement. You will ensure that change impacts are thoroughly assessed, adoption barriers are addressed, and people are adequately prepared to embrace AI-enabled transformation with confidence and capability. Who We're Looking For We are looking for an Implementation Change and Adoption Lead who can demonstrate a proven track record in leading change management for large-scale AI, technology, or digital transformation programs and who can expertly manage stakeholders by partnering with executives, mid-level leaders, and frontline teams. You will bring: Experience designing and executing change strategies using established methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) Ability to translate business goals into practical adoption plans, learning pathways, and communication plans Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled at crafting compelling change narratives Cross-functional collaboration mindset with a bias for action and delivering measurable adoption outcomes Knowledge of AI concepts, ethics, governance, and how AI can be embedded into operations and customer experiences Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, change management, information systems, or a related field (master’s preferred) Experience in a technology services or professional services environment Familiarity with learning and development practices and working with an AI Academy or similar center of enablement Change leadership across geographically dispersed teams; experience in a hybrid/remote work setting Change analytics capability: defining and tracking adoption metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement Why Datacom?
