Description

Location: Peterborough (Hybrid)
Are you motivated by implementing impactful change in a business? Do you thrive on engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth transitions? Can you develop and implement communication and training strategies that make a real impact?
We’re looking for a Change and Communications Analyst to assist us in embedding effective change management across our technology projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to ensure that organisational change is well-planned, communicated effectively, and comprehensively adopted.
As part of our growing Global Technology Services team, you’ll refine and mature our approach to change management—creating policies, delivering training, and supporting project teams in facilitating engagement. If you’re a proficient communicator with a structured yet flexible approach to change, this is an exciting opportunity to facilitate meaningful transitions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the delivery of business change management activities across multiple projects, ensuring efficient adoption of new processes, systems, or ways of working.
  • Develop and implement structured business change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to integrate business change management into project delivery.
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging, and tailored communication strategies to encourage awareness and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Ongoing development of our Business Change function, championing this capability across AB Agri & the wider ABF Group
  • Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning content to support end-user adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, providing guidance on best practices in change management.
  • Monitor and measure change readiness, adoption, and success, using feedback and data to adjust strategies where needed.
  • Champion a positive change culture, supporting engagement and ensuring employees feel supported throughout transitions.
