WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are an experienced change management professional with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives in a large, diverse organisation.

You will also:

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of change management experience.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Show experience in providing strategic advice and support to senior executives.
  • Possess strong skills in developing communication strategies across various channels.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in change practices.
  • Show adaptability and creativity in applying change management approaches.
  • Have experience in higher education or similarly complex organisations (desirable).
  • Possess excellent analytical skills for impact assessments and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with university objectives .
  • Discipline leadership: Guide and advise project team members on change management issues, risks and opportunities, coaching them to understand where the change lens has real impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and addressing concerns throughout change processes.
