We’re looking for a Manager Change & Communication to shape and lead the way we deliver change across our Tech division. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Planning & Performance, this role will: Lead the development and adoption of change management standards across Tech initiatives. Design and implement strategic communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, objectives, and impacts of technology changes. Oversee technology training programs that build capability and drive adoption of new tools and systems. Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and engagement. Conduct readiness and impact assessments, identifying change champions and addressing resistance early. Continuously measure and improve change and communication effectiveness. Manage a small team of Digital Content Creators and Technology Trainers, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in delivery. About You You’re a skilled change and communication leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. You bring: Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and their application in IT or enterprise transformation. Experience designing and delivering change and communication strategies for large-scale technology programs. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive and board levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery environments and tools such as PPM, Smartsheet, or Jira Align. Leadership experience with the ability to guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Desirable: Experience in the retail or consumer sector, exposure to enterprise architecture or investment planning, and certifications in change, portfolio, or vendor management.
