ABOUT THE ROLE
Mater’s Group Finance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Change and Communications Manager to join the team in this full time, maximum term 12-month contract based at Newstead.
The Change and Communications Manager will lead enterprise-wide change across Mater Health’s Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions during the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role will shape the change and communications vision, identify risks and opportunities and engage stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities include strategising, planning, and executing change management and communications activities to ensure business readiness and sustained adoption of new processes and systems.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
