We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Design and Transition Analyst to support the delivery of effective change across our Technology Environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions, robust disaster recovery planning, and insightful service reporting. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage transition of monthly enterprise releases and change activities. Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) tests in line with APRA guidelines. Generate monthly service performance reports for business pillars. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and effective communication. Support audits and maintain documentation and processes. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring they are mitigated or escalated appropriately. What You’ll Bring Minimum Diploma in a relevant field. 3–5 years of industry experience in service management, change/release management, or disaster recovery. ITIL Foundation certification desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
