Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change & Communication Specialist to support the roll-out of new features and tools within our brand management landscape. This role will be pivotal in designing effective change strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans, ensuring smooth transitions and successful execution of change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Leadership: Lead initiatives to oversee, steer, and execute change management measures, ensuring alignment with the overall change concept and other initiatives. Communication & Enablement: Develop and execute communication strategies to support change initiatives, including writing newsletters, creating stakeholder presentations, and FAQs. Plan, create, and execute communication and enablement activities to ensure stakeholders understand the initiative's vision and its impact. Training/Development: Develop and execute brand trainings and other educational formats to upskill our organization regarding corporate standards and guidelines in an engaging manner. Execute training activities in line with the central training concept and plan, as availability permits. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop, own, and drive an engagement plan to ensure stakeholder support and commitment, while keeping teams energized throughout the change process. Actively propose improvements to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Operational Oversight: Take charge of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines for various initiatives. Define change KPIs and success metrics, tracking transformation progress and adjusting measures as necessary. Post-Implementation Reviews: Undertake post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of communications and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Conduct regular feedback sessions with initiative leads and impacted stakeholders to tailor change plans as needed. Cultural Change Advocate: Act as an active partner to management in creating a culture of change, promoting an open mindset towards change, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a sense of ownership and shared responsibility. Who You Are: Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Change & Transformation roles within corporate organizations, with a proven track record of driving change initiatives and transformation projects on a global scale. Proven experience in change and communication management for complex tasks and multi-functional stakeholder groups. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (both written and verbal) in fluent English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across diverse and multinational environments. Strong expertise in project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proven track record in stakeholder management, being a relationship builder, and effectively managing change resistance. Preferred Qualifications: Cultural awareness to foster effective communication and collaboration in diverse environments. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to navigate uncertainty and drive solutions efficiently. Empathy and passion combined with a strong team spirit, along with a client-focused approach to understand the requirements of VIP clients.
