CHANGE & COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Change & Communications Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

CHANGE & COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Change & Communications Analyst will work within the Central Audit Executive Group, focusing on major program change management. The role involves creating and delivering program communications, developing multimedia resources, and designing and maintaining the program’s website.

CHANGE & COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate certification in relevant disciplines.
  • Portfolio of digital work including writing samples, design work, and video content.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications and/or change management in a large, regulated enterprise.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint for presentations and infographics.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for online and social intranet publishing.
  • Familiarity with WYSIWYG platforms for enterprise social intranet platform use.
  • Ability to work with video production software like Camtasia, GoAnimate, Adobe Premiere.

CHANGE & COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience blogging, vlogging, and creating podcasts.
  • Storyboarding experience.
Responsibilities
  • Execute designs for program materials, websites, logos, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with team members and other teams, incorporating feedback and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on design trends and approved software at the Bank.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of change management plans and presentation decks.
