In this role, you will: Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change strategy development. Develop and execute integrated change management, communications, and learning plans. Create communications, engagement materials, and targeted adoption strategies. Conduct learning needs assessments and develop support materials such as job aids and quick reference guides. Monitor, assess, and report on organizational readiness, adoption progress, and transformation risks. Partner closely with program and market leaders to support deployment planning and cutover readiness.Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk escalations to leadership teams. Who You Are: 8+ years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. Proven experience leading change efforts for large technology, planning, or business transformation programs across multiple markets. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in complex, matrixed environments. Experience collaborating within established transformation programs and aligning across related workstreams. Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or mission-driven environments is highly valued.
