Job Description: As a Change Consultant on the Change Leadership Team, you'll support adoption of large‑scale, high‑risk initiatives across the company. In this role you'll bring experience in business transformation and apply the Southwest Airlines Change Leadership methodology to develop and deliver strategies such as a vision and case for change, stakeholder alignment, communication, and business and change impact assessment. This role may work both independently and under the general direction of a more experienced Change Leadership practitioner. The Change Consultant will assess readiness for change, tailor engagement to build stakeholder commitment, and partner across departments to strengthen project Team health and ensure successful Business and Technology-driven change.
