Description

We are looking for a Change Coordinator to support all R&D departments in day-to-day activities.

  • Facilitates engineering change management for ATL UK research and development teams
  • Setup regular change management meetings
  • Raise and administrate Change Requests/Orders to be reviewed
  • Coordinate Change Order implementation across international sites as required.
  • Monitor and control activities to ensure change order closes per project plan
  • Escalate issues where project activities are not completing on time or according to plan
  • ERP Data Control:
  • Create Inventory & Non-Inventory part numbers for Engineering
  • Manage consistency of Multi-Site Item Creation and Normalization across sites
  • Create Change Notice items and associate respective part numbers per change order details. Assess and assign appropriate material disposition to changes
  • Execute Change Notice approval process
  • Reporting:
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports for all R&D functions
  • Perform administrative support tasks for R&D functions as per ATL procedures. Example of activities to include:
  • Raise purchase orders for equipment, tools and other items as requested by engineering teams.
  • Ensure new equipment is entered onto the ATL maintenance system at point of equipment delivery
  • Control consumable stock for R&D functions and raise purchase orders to replenish as required.
  • R&D system administrator for general business systems including, Maintenance (Indysoft), Material Compliance (BomCheck), NDA database and others.
  • Work in accordance with Company Quality Standards, procedures and processes and comply with the requirements of GDP and GMP.
  • Comply and work within all current H&S rules and guidelines.

EDUCATION:

  • Good general standard of education, GCSE or above.

BEHAVIOURS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Quality driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Good IT skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
