Permanent Full Time Opportunity Agnostic Location Brand new team in Wrap   The opportunity to join our team Excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting Insignia Financials Wrap Operational teams with change agenda, for legislative, strategic projects and operational change. This role supports the Wrap business, ensuring ClientFirst Support & ClientFirst Operations are ready to take on the changes and ensure the success of all project implementations. This is an excellent time to join and make a difference.    Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and implement operational change Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Wrap business to ensure accurate and timely decisions are made and then implemented Develop and build strong working relationships with Delivery Leads, lead Business Analyst, Project Managers, Technical Staff and People Leaders to ensure well communicated and organised Business Implementation activities for Wrap Operations Lead Implementation activities within the Insignia Financial Wrap business for all project and BAU releases. This will include any changes to the Systems may be as a result of legislative changes, product development, system enhancements and other Production Support tasks Facilitate & actively participate in Workshops & Meetings Point of Contact for Projects into Wrap Operation Business Impact & Readiness Assessments Rollout of Business Readiness needs Co-ordinate with the knowledge team & L&D on process/system change impacts Developing and reviewing stakeholder documents/requirements Work with workforce planning team on impact assessment of change   What you will bring: Solid experience in Wealth Management Previous experience in people management, project or solution delivery would be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Intermediate or Advanced. Strong technical knowledge of Insignia Financial products, systems and procedures. Ability to meet benchmarks, time management skills, a willingness to learn and assist others Models high level organisational and planning skills Possess innovative thinking and analytical skills Communicates in a clear, succinct and professional manner Invests in own development with a view to extend and improve performance   Make your move.
