Job Description: Job description: The Client Data and Data Standards team in Germany has an instrumental role in delivering a number of large client data change projects in the organisation. The focus of the role will be the client data standards, data readiness and data governance to ensure we make our change projects sustainable and successful. For this role you will require excellent client data knowledge and experience as well as analytical and project management skills. Responsibilities: Lead the European CAM (Client Account Management) team, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards. Represent CAM Europe in governance forums and drive accountability. Oversee PD (PartnerDaten) Maintenance BAU (Business as usual) in Germany, ensuring operational continuity and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory frameworks. Drive process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation. Act as the main escalation point for operational issues and collaborate with senior stakeholders. Skills and experience: Proven experience in BAU operations, client account management, and data governance in financial services. Demonstrated leadership of large operational teams. Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills. Deep knowledge of European regulatory and data governance standards. Experience managing complex, multi-country operations.
