Roles and responsibilities Lead and deliver complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. Manage project/program assurance, deliverables, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints. Apply structured change management methodologies to embed desired culture and behaviors. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Support strategy development and implementation, contributing to the effective operation of the organization. Oversee and improve internal processes, acting as a link between teams and functions. Develop and deliver budget plans, monitor operational compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Provide specialist advice on policies, procedures, and business operations. Plan and manage delivery of projects, ensuring effective resource utilization and risk management. Track and interpret key business KPI’s (DO funnel, STP ratios adaption metrics, CSAT scores ...) Prepare and coordinate governance routines Ensure country alignments Support operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks improvement opportunities and process gaps in customer journeys and internal flow Objectives Deliver transformational change for the Digital Business Banking NL team. Ensure effective collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in internal processes. Support the team in achieving strategic objectives and embedding a culture of change. What do you bring? University degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Resilience and adaptability in the face of change and setbacks. Effective communicator, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Results-driven, accountable, and resourceful. Expertise in change management, project/program management, and process optimization. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Financial and commercial acumen. Proficiency in data analysis, policy interpretation, and compliance management. Advanced presentation and verbal communication skills. Questions?
