Join our Cyber Security division to lead the portfolio-level Organisation Change Management initiative for our next-generation Transformation program in Identity Management. This multi-year technology program supports Cyber Security in driving industry-leading cyber and technology innovation.

What role will you play?
As a Change Lead in our Organisation Change Management team you will oversee and drive capability aligned engagement, communications, and training. You will produce quality presentation material for messaging to various stakeholder groups and provide strategic advisory, guidance, and review of communications content. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver quality outcomes that further strengthen the branding of the program and align across technology functions.
You will drive the implementation of specific identity access management initiatives that enhance our internal controls, change management practices and drive adoption of the cyber service. Finally, you will apply change management disciplines to our uplift agenda, engaging with subject matter experts to gather requirements, document processes, and perform analysis to facilitate change.
