He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role This is a Fixed Term contract until 30th September 2026 The Change Lead is responsible for leading the people change approach, including communication and consultation activities, associated with a payroll remediation programme. The role designs the overall change and consultation strategy and works in partnership with the People Business Partnering team to support the effective delivery of employee consultation. This includes providing frameworks, materials, guidance and advice to ensure consultation is conducted in a way that is transparent, compliant, well communicated and centred on employee experience. communicated and centred on employee experience. Working closely across payroll, HR, technology, programme teams, unions and the wider business, the Change Lead supports the successful delivery of payroll improvements while maintaining trust, confidence and constructive employment relationships.
