Our client URGENTLY requires a Change Lead for a 6 months + Contract in Darwin. The Change Lead is responsible for the design, development, implementation and continuous refinement of change and training strategies and plans for a complex, multi stream program of work, contributing to an integrated Business Readiness approach that ensures organisational readiness, adoption and benefits realisation across the Department and other stakeholders. Skills and Experience required includes: Design, develop, implement and evaluate strategic and tactical Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans across multiple program streams. Demonstrated experience leading change within legislation driven or regulatory environments, including interpretation of legislative, policy and compliance requirements into practical people, process and capability impacts. Knowledge of contemporary change and project management frameworks, methodologies, practices and tools, including application of structured change approaches such as the PROSCI ADKAR model. PROSCI Change Management certification (or equivalent contemporary change management accreditation) with demonstrated practical application in complex transformation programs is highly desirable.
