Description:

Must Have:

  • An undergraduate degree (e.g. Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of organizational change management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience implementing large scale projects with significant change, including transformational change projects.
  • Must be fully English/French bilingual
  • The position requires in-depth, practical knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards and processes, project management methodologies, the agile methodology.
  • Excellent partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with corporate-standard software applications, Office 365 and a personal computer is essential.

The Role:

  • The consultant will support change projects as the sole change management consultant or in partnership with another change management consultant.
  • Makes decisions related to the day-to-day execution of approved change adoption plans on behalf of the product or initiative sponsor; with considerable discretion to proactively identify and take action to manage barriers.
  • Makes decisions regarding application of the tools to achieve the product or initiative outcomes.
