Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT project teams, stakeholders, and business sponsors to develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.
Identify potential change impacts and risks, evaluate readiness for change, and manage knowledge transfer to facilitate the transition of individuals and teams to a future state.
Create and execute plans to reduce resistance to change, improve communication, and ensure business and project alignment.
Create effective communication plans to keep audiences informed about upcoming changes.
Nurture strategic relationships with key business sponsors, leaders, and employees.
Establish metrics to measure change success and effectiveness.
Generate reports and documentation related to change initiatives progress and status.
Coach IT project and business resources on change management practices.
Design and facilitate training programs
