The Change Management Analyst supporting the Culture of Innovation is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking change initiatives that foster an environment of innovation across the organization. This role will report to the Change Management Manager for Culture of Innovation. This role supports strategic efforts to embed innovation mindsets, behaviors, and systems into daily operations by analyzing data, supporting communication efforts, and engaging key stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainability of cultural shifts. This role will work with an interdisciplinary team, leaders and colleagues at HCA Healthcare innovation sites to enable agile testing and development, and prepare implementation teams for enterprise-wide deployment of DT&I products.
